Theoretical sessions: 

1. Introduction to First Aid and Emergency Preparedness:

   - Basic overview of first aid principles and emergency preparedness.

   - Understanding the importance of quick and effective response.

2. Basic Life Support and Airway Management:

   - Introduction to basic life support techniques.

   - Understanding the importance of maintaining clear airways in emergency situations.

3. Recognizing and Managing Common Medical Emergencies:

   - Identification and initial management of common medical emergencies such as allergic reactions, seizures, and fainting.

   - Overview of proper response techniques in these situations.

4. Understanding Trauma and Injury Assessment:

   - Recognizing and assessing different types of injuries.

   - Understanding the principles of trauma management and stabilization.

5. Environmental Emergencies and Injury Prevention:

   - Identifying and managing heat-related illnesses and hypothermia.

   - Overview of injury prevention strategies in various environments.

 

Practical Sessions:

1. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED Usage:

   - Hands-on practice of CPR techniques on adult and child mannequins.

   - Introduction to Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use.

2. Choking and Airway Obstruction Management:

   - Hands-on training for clearing airways in infants, children, and adults.

   - Simulation of choking scenarios for practical application.

3. Bleeding Control and Wound Management:

   - Practical application of techniques for controlling bleeding and applying basic bandaging.

   - Simulated scenarios for wound management and dressing application.

4. Burn and Scald First Aid:

   - Hands-on practice of managing burns and scalds of varying severity.

   - Simulated scenarios for practical application of burn first aid techniques.

5. Musculoskeletal Injury Care and Splinting:

   - Hands-on practice of basic first aid techniques for treating musculoskeletal injuries.

   - Demonstrating proper techniques for splinting and stabilizing fractures

 

After the successful completion of the training , you will receive international certificate.
