Labour relations and specificities of court ruling

The training will cover the topics assoicated with labor rights, such as, the issues of the term of the labor relationship and remuneration, the inadmissibility of discrimination in labor relations, the grounds for terminating the labor relationship at the initiative of the employer, and the possibilities of legal restitution of an illegally dismissed worker; Also, the issues of distribution of the burden of proof between the parties in the labor disputes.

Objective of the training

After completing the training, trainee will be able to outline and analyze the disputed issues arising from labor relations between the employer and the employee, which are the subject of a dispute between the parties in court, and analyze the judicial practice and trends on the labor matters.
