The training will cover the topics assoicated with labor rights, such as, the issues of the term of the labor relationship and remuneration, the inadmissibility of discrimination in labor relations, the grounds for terminating the labor relationship at the initiative of the employer, and the possibilities of legal restitution of an illegally dismissed worker; Also, the issues of distribution of the burden of proof between the parties in the labor disputes.
